Designed specifically for youth who are at risk, currently involved in, or have been engaged with the Criminal Justice System, our group home provides a structured yet compassionate environment to foster growth, healing, and empowerment.

Safety is our top priority. Our group home is designed to be a secure, welcoming space where residents feel protected physically, emotionally, culturally, and mentally. We actively promote inclusivity and celebrate the individuality and cultural identities of every youth in our care.
No two individuals are the same, and neither are their needs. That’s why we develop personalized case management plans for each resident. These plans address specific goals related to education, mental health, life skills, and more, ensuring every youth has the tools and support they need to succeed.
We emphasize the importance of healthy relationships—whether it’s with family, peers, or mentors. Through guided discussions and activities, residents learn communication skills, conflict resolution, and how to build trust and mutual respect.
Our team consists of highly trained, trauma-informed, and compassionate professionals dedicated to the well-being of our residents. They are mentors, advocates, and supporters who work tirelessly to create a nurturing and empowering environment.
While every youth’s journey is unique, our group home offers a 12-month transitional program that focuses on rehabilitation and reintegration. During this time, residents engage with our tailored services and programs, working towards achieving their personal and societal goals. Our team regularly reviews case management plans to adapt to the evolving needs of each individual.
This may result in extension or early transition from the group home, should the client's path warrant it through collaborative discussion.
